We (“KirkaClient”) automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Sites. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Site and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Sites, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Information collected through our Apps

Your hardware serial number will be periodically checked/validated whilst using KirkaClient. This is used as a unique identifier of yourself and can be used against you in case of breaching of our Terms & Conditions.

Terms and Conditions

By using KirkaClient or any associated service, you agree (i) that you are at least 13 years of age and the minimum age of digital consent in your country, (ii) if you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction or over, that you have read, understood, and accept to be bound by the Terms, and (iii) if you are between 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent, as applicable) and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, that your legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms. You, as a User,

1. Agree to install KirkaClient using administrator access on Windows.

2. Agree to relinquish ownership of any data once it's upload to kirkaclient.herokuapp.com or associated storage servers.

3. Agree to receive periodic KirkaClient updates and allow the developer to forcefully update your client even if your update type is set to "Ask before download".

4. Logs can be remotely uploaded to our servers automatically for debugging purposes.

5. Agree that modifying KirkaClient other than the default options provided and via approved Plugins can lead to you being banned from using KirkaClient.

6. Agree that promoting the client as yours or intentionally misleading users can lead to you being banned from using KirkaClient.

7. Abusing KirkaClient’s websocket and/or API service is against our TOS and can lead to IP ban.

8. The final decision, in all cases, rest with kirka.io.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to amend or otherwise modify these Terms at any time. In such cases, the We will appropriately inform you of these changes. The continued use of the Service will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by the changes, you must stop using the Service. Failure to accept the revised Terms may entitle either party to terminate the Agreement.
